Position Summary:

招聘对象 : 2022-2023年应届毕业生和职场新人（0-2年工作经验）

教育背景：全日制本科以上学历

参考专业：人力资源管理、心理学或其他管理学相关专业

人力资源培训生将在人才吸引与培养、学习与发展、薪酬福利、人力资源业务合作伙伴等部门进行为期1.5年左右的轮岗工作与培训，全方位参与到人力资源各个模块的工作和环节，学习包括雇主品牌建设、人才招聘、人员培训、薪酬福利体系以及人力资源业务合作等知识，积累相关经验。轮岗结束后，公司将根据人力资源培训生自身能力与兴趣，选择相关轮岗团队安排定岗。
